You can create an agent in four ways:
  1. AI generation - enter your company’s website (or describe the business in your own words). The AI analyzes the offer, pricing, contact details and customer questions, proposes three agents and builds the one you pick on an industry template - see Generate an agent with AI.
  2. Ready-made templates - pick an industry template (restaurant, clinic, beauty salon, car dealership, agency, customer support) and fill in a short form. You can provide your website address - the AI fills in the company description, services, hours and address for you. The platform generates a fully configured agent with tailored prompts, anti-hallucination guardrails and an optional calendar integration.
  3. Call script - upload or paste the script your sales team uses. The agent runs the call the way the script does (greeting, questions, objections, GDPR statements), and company facts come from your website - see Agent from a call script.
  4. Blank agent - you give the name, call direction, language, voice and optionally a goal, then configure the rest by hand in the editor.
With templates, one rule applies: the better you describe your business (description, services, menu), the more accurate and grounded the agent will be. All template fields become variables you can reference in prompts and webhooks. After creating the agent, test it with a web call (from the browser) or a phone call, then refine it in the agent editor - that’s where the real work happens: the Role tab with the system prompt and first message, alongside voice, transcription, tools, variables, knowledge and settings. The conversation flow graph the agent runs on underneath is hidden in the app for now - it is described in Conversation flow (under the hood).
