The same two questions as BaseLinker and Shopify, for shops on WordPress with WooCommerce. The tools are the same; only the shop the agent asks changes.

Setup

  1. In WordPress go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and click Add key.
  2. Pick a user with access to orders and set permissions to Read.
  3. Copy the consumer key (ck_...) and consumer secret (cs_...). The secret is shown once.
  4. In the app: Integrations → WooCommerce → paste the shop address (with https://) and both keys, then Test connection.
  5. On the agent: Integrations tab → Order status (WooCommerce) and Availability and prices (WooCommerce) → pick the connection.
In the customer service agent wizard, switching on Check orders and availability in WooCommerce and pasting the address and keys is enough: the wizard creates the connection and turns on both tools.
The keys only work over HTTPS. A shop on http:// is refused so the key never travels in the clear. If the test says there is no API at the address, check Settings → Permalinks is not set to “Plain”: the WooCommerce REST API needs pretty permalinks.
The rules are the same as for Shopify: an order found by its number alone needs confirming with the e-mail or phone, and a caller phoning from the number on the order is recognised straight away, even when the number was stored with spaces. The agent gets no names or addresses. It reads the tracking number from the Shipment Tracking extension and common courier plugins when the shop uses them. A product on backorder is offered as available to buy.
