Introduction
Generate with AI is the fastest way to an agent when you don’t want to pick a template or fill in a form. You enter your company’s website and the AI:- reads the home page and the most informative subpages (offer, pricing, contact, opening hours, FAQ),
- builds a business profile - what you do, what you sell and at what price, for whom, and how to reach you,
- lists the questions customers ask most often, answered from the site,
- proposes three different agents that fit your business.
Step 1: Business
Enter the website address, e.g.yourcompany.com - no https:// needed.
Optionally enter the company name if the site uses a different one (e.g.
just the brand instead of the full name).
No website? Click No website - I’ll describe the business myself and
write a few sentences: what you do, services and prices, opening hours,
address, why customers call and what you expect from the agent. The more
specifics, the better the agent - the AI only uses what you provide.
Step 2: Analysis
The analysis usually takes 20-40 seconds. Besides the visible text of the pages, the AI gets what a site often keeps out of sight:- the page title and meta descriptions,
- phone numbers and e-mail addresses behind “Call” and “Write to us” buttons,
- schema.org structured data (address, opening hours, prices, FAQ) that many sites publish only for search engines.
www. added (or removed) and over http://.
We only read the public pages at the address you give - no login, cart,
blog or privacy policies. Nothing is saved until you create the agent.
Step 3: Proposals
On the left you see what the AI knows about the business: name, industry, description, offer, opening hours, address, phone and e-mail, plus how many pages were read and how many customer questions were found. Click Edit to change anything - this data goes into the agent. On the right are three agent proposals, best first (marked Recommended). Each one shows:- the call direction - inbound (customers call the agent) or outbound (the agent calls, e.g. leads or with a reminder),
- the template it will be built on,
- why it is worth deploying and the expected effect,
- what the agent will do on calls.
Step 4: Summary
The AI maps the chosen proposal onto the template’s fields: goal, conversation plan, details to collect, limits, tone and form of address, plus the FAQ, knowledge base and contact details. Industry-specific fields (e.g. a restaurant’s menu) are also read from the site for the chosen template. On the summary you can adjust the essentials:- the company name the agent introduces itself with,
- the agent’s main goal,
- tone and form of address,
- the details to collect from the caller, including your own,
- language and voice,
- transfer to a human.
Blank agent
If you’d rather configure everything by hand, choose Start with Blank Agent below the template gallery. You provide:- the agent name (required),
- the call direction - inbound or outbound,
- the agent’s goal (optional),
- language and voice.
