# Overview

> Your organization's dashboard, made of widgets you arrange: key figures, calls, agents, calendar.

## What you see

The **Overview** is the first page after signing in. It is made of widgets:

| Widget | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Greeting and range** | A greeting and the period switch (7, 30, 90 days, all) |
| **Key figures** | Calls, answered, successful, average length, balance - with the change against the previous period |
| **Recent calls** | The six latest calls with their outcome |
| **Agent activity** | How many calls each agent took in the period |
| **Insights** | What changed: the call trend, the top topic, long calls |
| **Upcoming appointments** | The next two weeks from every [calendar](/en/features/calendar) |
| **Month calendar** | The current month with a dot on days with appointments |
| **Call sentiment** | Average mood from [post-call analysis](/en/features/post-call-analysis) |
| **Call topics** | What callers talk about most |
| **Calls per day** | Answered and missed, day by day |
| **Cumulative minutes and cost** | Usage over the period |
| **Shortcuts** | New agent, agent list, new campaign, analytics |
| **Campaign prompt** | A shortcut to an outbound campaign |

**Month calendar** is hidden by default; the rest shows from the start.

## Your own layout

1. Click **Customize** in the welcome card, next to the range picker (with that card hidden, the button sits above the widgets).
2. Drag a widget, or use the arrows, to change the order.
3. Pick a width from the list on the widget: from 1/4 to the full row.
4. The eye icon hides a widget. Hidden ones wait in a bar above the grid;
click one to add it back at the end.
5. Click **Save layout**.

The layout is shared by the whole organization, so everyone on the team sees
the same dashboard. **Restore default** goes back to the starting layout. If
you hide **Greeting and range**, the period switch moves above the grid.

On a phone the widgets stack in the saved order; widths apply from a laptop
screen up.
